Firstandforemost,aworkerissomeonewhoismotivatedbymorethanjustapaycheck.Theyarededicatedtotheircraft,passionateaboutwhattheydo,andstrivetomakeameaningfulcontributiontotheirfield.Aworkerseestheirjobasmorethanjustawaytomakealiving–itisasourceoffulfillment,purpose,andpersonalsatisfaction.Ontheotherhand,alaborermayviewtheirworkasameanstoanend,simplyawaytoearnmoneyandsurvive.Theymaylackenthusiasm,commitment,anddrive,leadingtoalacklusterperformanceandmediocreresults.
