1.Position

TheEmployeragreestohiretheEmployeeas[Position].TheEmployeeagreestoundertaketheresponsibilitiesanddutiesofthespecifiedpositioninaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheEmployer.

2.ContractTerm

Thecontracttermshallbeginon[startdate]andendon[enddate].TheEmployeeshallworkfor[number]hoursperweek.Theprobationperiodshallbe[number]months,duringwhichbothpartieshavetherighttoterminatethecontractwith[number]days’notice.

3.SalaryandBenefits
