InternationalOperatingLeaseAgreement
ThisInternationalOperatingLeaseAgreement(theAgreement)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[LessorsName],acompanyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[Country],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinesslocatedat[Address](hereinafterreferredtoastheLessor),and[LesseesName],acompanyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[Country],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinesslocatedat[Address](hereinafterreferredtoastheLessee).
Whereas,theLessorisengagedinthebusinessofleasingequipmentandmachinery;
Whereas,theLesseedesirestoleasefromtheLessorcertainequipmentandmachinerydescribedhereinforusein[Lessee’sBusinessPurpose];and
Whereas,theLessoriswillingtoenterintoaleaseagreementwiththeLesseesubjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthherein.
Now,therefore,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontainedherein,thepartiesagreeasfollows:
1.LeaseEquipment
TheLessorherebyagreestoleasetotheLessee,andtheLesseeherebyagreestoleasefromtheLessor,thefollowingequipmentandmachinery(theEquipment)foruseinitsbusinessoperations:

2.Term
