我国集团公司财务管理存在的问题及优化研究.docx

摘要

在经济新常态形势下，越来越多的企业面临着转型升级、产业结构优化的挑战，这对企业管理水平和管理质量提出了更高的要求。集团公司也不例外，集团公司是以资本为重要纽带的综合性企业，是市场经济体系中的重要组成部分，具有规模大、业务跨度大的特点，这在一定程度增加了集团公司的管理难度。在现代集团企业的管理过程中，财务管理至关重要，但是目前我国集团公司的财务管理能力不足，无法纵观全局分析企业情况。所以，我国集团公司必须要转化财务管理方式、提高财务风险管理水平、优化财务管理制度，这是当前改变公司发展缺陷的有效举措。此文讲述了集团公司财务管理的普遍现状。同时，对常见的集团财务管理问题进行分析讨论，提出符合集团公司发展情况的有效措施。

Abstract

Underthenewnormaleconomicsituation,moreandmoreenterprisesarefacingthechallengeoftransformationandupgradingandoptimizationofindustrialstructure,whichputsforwardhigherrequirementsforenterprisemanagementlevelandmanagementquality.Groupcompaniesarenoexception.Asanintegratedenterprisewithcapitalasanimportantlink,groupcompaniesareanimportantpartofthemarketeconomysystem.Theyarecharacterizedbylargescaleandlargebusinessspan,whichtosomeextentincreasesthemanagementdifficultyofgroupcompanies.Inthemanagementprocessofmoderngroupenterprises,financialmanagementisofvitalimportance.However,thefinancialmanagementabilityofChinesegroupcompaniesisinsufficientatpresent,sotheyareunabletoanalyzetheoverallsituationofenterprises.Therefore,Chinasgroupcompaniesmusttransformthemodeoffinancialmanagement,improvetheleveloffinancialriskmanagement,optimizethefinancialmanagementsystem,whichisaneffectivemeasuretochangethecompanysdevelopmentdefects.Thisarticletellsaboutthegeneralsituationofgroupcompanysfinancialmanagement.Atthesametime,thecommonfinancialmanagementproblemsofthegroupwereanalyzedanddiscussed,andtheeffectivemeasuresinlinewiththedevelopmentsituationofthegroupwereputforward.
