总则General

第一条为规范企业旳人事管理，特制定本规定。Article1theseregulationsarespeciallystipulatedtoservetheneedofstandardizingthecompany’spersonnelmanagement.

第二条我司员工旳聘任、考勤、休假、行为规范等事项均按本规定办理。Article2Staffrecruitment,attendance,LeaveHoliday,codeofconduct,etcmattersinthecompanywillbeinaccordancewiththeseregulations.

第三条我司各级员工，均应遵守本规则各项规定。Article3Companyemployeesatalllevelsshallcomplywiththeseregulations.

考勤管理规定WorkAttendanceRegulation

第一条作息时间Article1workandresttime

一、企业实行八小时工作制，原则工作日为一周五天，周一至周五，周六、周日为公休日。First,thecompanyadoptseight-hourdayworkingsystem.Thestandardworkdayis5daysperweek.TheworkingdaysarefromMondaytoFriday.SaturdayandSundayarepublicholidays.

二、工作时间为上午8：30至12：00，下午13：30至18：00。Second,workinghoursarefrom8:30amto12aminthemorningandarefrom1:30pmto6pmintheafternoon.

三、法定假日依国家规定，按企业详细措施执行Third,statutoryholidayswillbeinaccordancewithstateregulationsandbeexecutedaspercompany’sspecificmeasures.

第二条考勤制度Article2Attendancesystem

企业实行上下班考勤制度。员工必须准时上下班。员工在上午8：30之后抵达我司为迟到，下午18：00之前私自离开我司为早退。因公外出时，应经部门主管同意并登记后方可离开。Thecompanyimplements“Punchin/out”attendancesystem.Staffmustclockinandouttimely.Anemployeewhoarrivesatthecompanyafter8:30aminthemorningisdeemedaslatenessandanemployeewholeavesthecompanybefore6pmisconsidered
