摘要

财务指标分析既是通过运用企业的财务报表中的数据，计算各项财务指标，然后通过财务指标分析企业的经营现状，这可以让企业管理者和投资者都能够很好地了解企业的财务状况，合理化管理公司和投资。本文主要是通过借助偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力和发展能力这四项财务指标对广东群兴玩具公司2016—2018年的财务现状进行分析，通过财务指标分析，发掘该公司存在的财务问题，并提出合理的解决措施。经过各种数据比较，从中得出该公司的发展态势并不是很好，营业收入呈下降趋势，净利润比重下降，资产流动速度下降，并且资产负债结构不合理。最后利用得出的信息，给出了提高盈利能力，扩大公司规模进行产业转型等建议，未来该公司需要不断地发掘新的利润点，制定相应的企业决策，保证企业效益最大化，产业结构更加合理。

Abstract
