①attheendof意为“在······的末尾；在······结束时”，可以表示时间，也可以表示地点。

eg：Youcanputitattheendofyourbed.你可以把它放在你的床尾。

②intheend意为“最后；终于”，与atlast和finally同义。

eg：Intheendhepassedtheexam.最后他终于通过了考试。

③bytheendof意为“到······为止”。若后接现在的时间，则所在的句子通常用现在完成时；若后接过去的时间，则所在的句子通常用过去完成时。

①意为“只要”，引导条件状语从句，主句为一般将来时或含有情态动词can时，所引导的条件状语从句用一般现在时表示将来。
