以健康体检为起点的健康管理模式的创新与实践

健康体检中心目前仍然是我国健康管理机构的主体，这种局面短
期内不会改变。完成由单纯健康体检向健康管理的转变，不仅是完善
体检流程的需要，也是健康管理学科建设的需要。这一点，已经成为
健康体检从业人员和体检机构的共识。健康管理是由健康状况的信息
采集、健康状况评价和预测、健康促进行为干预及咨询指导三个部分
构成。本文从健康管理流程中的第一步骤——健康状况的信息采集即
健康体检入手，阐述如何从体检中心的布局、体检项目的设定、体检
流程的优化、服务体系的建立等方面确保信息的准确和全面；同时，
对为什么和如何对采集到的健康信息进行评价和健康预测进行了论
述和分析。最后，对检后服务的几种模式和方法进行描述和探讨。从
而，为如何开展以健康体检为起点的健康管理提供了一种可供借鉴的
模式。
