maintenanceandrepair
1.duringtheleaseterm,thelesseeshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairoftheleasedproperty,includingbutnotlimitedtothefollowing:
(a)keepingtheleasedpropertycleanandtidy;
(b)repairinganydamagetotheleasedpropertycausedthelesseeorthelesseesguestsoremployees;
(c)replacinganyconsumableitemsusedinconnectionwiththeleasedproperty,suchaslightbulbsorairfilters;and
2.thelessorshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairoftheleasedpropertyduringtheleaseterm,includingbutnotlimitedtothefollowing:
(a)repairinganydamagetotheleasedpropertycausedthelessororthelessorsguestsoremployees;
(b)replacinganynonconsumableitemsusedinconnectionwitht
