连锁便利店配送模式研究
内容摘要
为了有效地提高连锁便利店企业的效率成本，依据了连锁便利店配送模式的理论，从自营配送、共同配送、第三方配送的概述、演变、特征分析不同的模式给连锁便利店带来的优势与劣势；然后通过文献查阅和旅行售货员的理论，提出连锁便利店物流配送的路线假设，再构建出数学模型，并使用WinQSB软件的子程序NetworkModeling，通过最近城市法、逐步包围法、两两交换改进法、分支定界法四种方法计算出每一条路线的时间，然后比较每一条路线的耗时长短，得出一条最优的方案来验证假设。结果表明，从构建出来的数学模型中计算得出，最优的路线是分支定界法计算出的132分钟，而原配送人员的配送时间是147分钟；两者比较，运用数学模型计算出的路线从时间成本上是节省了15分钟，同时减少了配送过程所需其他成本，这对于我国的连锁便利店提高效率成本上是有一定的借鉴意义的。

Abstract
Inordertoeffectivelyimprovetheefficiencyandcostofchainconveniencestorecompanies,basedonthetheoryofthechainconveniencestoredistributionmodel,fromtheoverview,evolution,andcharacteristicsofself-operateddistribution,jointdistribution,andthird-partydistribution,thedifferentmodesbroughttothechainconveniencestoreAdvantagesanddisadvantages；Then,basedontheliteraturereviewandthetheoryoftravellingsalespersons,thechainhypothesisofroutedistributionforconveniencestoreswasproposed,andthenamathematicalmodelwasconstructed,andtheWinQSBsoftwaresubroutineNetworkModelingwasused.Fourmethods,branchandboundmethod,calculatethetimeofeachroute,andthencomparethelengthofeachroutetoobtainanoptimalsolutiontoverifythehypothesis。Theresultsshowthatfromthemathematicalmodelconstructed,theoptimalrouteis132minutescalculatedbythebranchandboundmethod,andthedeliverytimeoftheoriginaldeliverystaffis147minutes.Comparingthetwo,calculatedusingthemathematicalmodelTheroutesaves15minutesfromthetimecost,whilereducingothercostsrequiredforthedistributionprocess,whichhascertainreferencesignificanceforimprovingtheefficiencyandcostofchainconveniencestoresinChina。
