90后大学生求职意向及影响因素研究--以广州大学城为例

【摘要】目的：通过对广州大学城的在校生及应届毕业生进行调查研究，了解他们的求职意向，通过数据分析，寻找大学生求职意向存在的问题并提出相关的对策和建议，为他们提供就业指导建议。

方法：本文采用文献综述法对此次研究做出整理并总结，结合国内外研究经验和研究成果，通过问卷对广州大学城的大学生进行调查，最后对调查结果进行分析，并得出以下结论：

1.学生求职意向的情况：稳定、高薪、待遇好的工作是学生的首选；职业前景和晋升空间成为重要关注点；发达的工作地域成为热门；自主创业意识低，主动性不够。

2.学生求职意向的影响因素：学校的就业指导没有针对性以及专业的限制；学生个人兴趣的倾向以及择业观的影响；社会经济发展及国家就业政策对学生求职意向都有一定的影响。

[Abstract]Purpose:ToconducttheinvestigationandresearchonthecurrentstudentsandfreshgraduatesinGuangzhouHigherEducationMegaCentertounderstandtheirjob-huntingintentionsandfindouttheproblemsexistingincollegestudentsjob-huntingintentionsandputforwardrelevantcountermeasuresandsuggestionsthroughdataanalysis,providingthemwithemploymentguidanceadvice.

Methods:Thisarticlesortsoutandsummarizesthisstudybyusingthemethodofliteraturereview,basedontheresearchexperienceandresultsathomeandabroad,asurveyofcollegestudentsinGuangzhouHigherEducationMegaCenterisconductedthroughquestionnaires.Andfinally,thesurveyresultsareanalyzedandthefollowingconclusionsaredrawn:

Studentsjob-huntingintentions:Stable,high-paidandwell-paidjobsarethefirstchoiceforstudents;careerprospectsandpromotionspacehavebecomeimportantconcerns;developedworkareasbecomepopular;lowawarenessofself-employmentandinsufficientinitiative.

Influencingfactorsofstudentsjob-huntingintentions:Thereisnopertinentandprofessionalrestrictionsontheemploymentguidanceoftheschool;thetendencyofstudentspersonalinterestsandtheimpactofcareerchoices;socialeconomicdevelopmentandnationalemploymentpolicieshaveacertainimpactonstudentsjob-huntingintentions.
