80%ofthetestvoltageinthe『eve『sepolaritybeforethetest,isrecommended.

Thetestvoltageshallhaveasubstantiallysinusoidalwaveformattheratedfrequencywitha

Thehigh-voltagesourceusedforthetestshallbesodesignedthat,whentheoutputterminals
