蔡尖花园工程监理规划

摘要

为了提高投资效益和适应国内外形势开展的需要，自改革开放以来，我国在建设领域推行工程建设监理制以来，虽然取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益，但也存在一些问题。突出地表现在我国工程建设监理模式单一，监理范围局限于工程施工阶段，监理实践与理论上我国给监理定义为全过程的监理相背约，监理工作效能不高，监理行为随意性较强，缺乏标准化、标准化的管理体系，严重阻碍了监理事业的开展。

本监理规划设计从建设工程监理根本概念、监理目标控制方法和手段进行了阐述,并结合实际工程论述了监理三大目标控制的根本环节、控制的类型和三大目标的系统关系，重点论述了如何确定和分解监理目标，投资、进度和质量目标的控制任务、方法与手段，为工程工程效劳，切实保障筹建单位和各参建单位的根本利益和工程成果；针对工程监理中存在的问题，我也提出了自己的解决对策。

ABSTRACT

Inordertoimprovetheinvestmentbenefitandtoadapttheneedofthedevelopmentofdomesticandinternationalsituation,sincereformingandopening,ourcountryinconstructionthedomaincarriesoutprojectinspectmanagebusinesssince,althoughobtainedapparentsocialbenefitandeconomicbenefit,butalsoputinafewproblems.OutstandingperformanceinChinasconstructionsupervisionmodeissingle,thescopeofsupervisionislimitedtoconstructionstage,managementpracticeandtheoryinChinatoinspectmanageisdefinedastheentireprocesssupervisionisbroken,thesupervisionworkefficiencyisnothigh,strongrandomnessofsupervision,lackofstandardization,standardizationofthemanagementsystem,hasseriouslyhinderedthesupervisioncareerdevelopment.

Thesupervisionplandesignfromconstructionsupervisioncontrolinthesupervisionofbasicconcepts,methodsandmeansaredescribed,combinedwiththeactualengineeringdiscussesthethreebigtargetspilotbasiclink,controltypeandthethreemajorgoalsofthesystem,itmainlydiscusseshowtodetermineanddecomposethesupervisiontarget,investment,planandqualitytargetcontroltasks,methodsandmeans,engineeringservicesfortheproject,andeffectivelyprotecttheleadunitforflatsandthefundamentalinterestsandtheprojectresults;inviewoftheproblemsexistingintheprojectmanagement,Ialsoputforwardtheircountermeasures.
