Abstract：Thepopulationproblemisahottopicintodaysworld.Worldspopulationsoared,whichreducenaturalresourcespercapitaavailabilityprogressively.Thereforepopulationforecastisveryimportantforthefuture.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofmathematicalmodelsandmodelsapplication,Applicationofmathematicalmodelinreallifebecomesmoreandmore,whoseworkisbecomingmoreandmoreimportantaswell.ByreasonthattherearemanyrestrictionsintheMalthusmodeltheclassicalpopulationmodel,thepredictionresultisnotveryaccurate.ThispapermainlyusestheLogisticmodeltoroughlypredictthepopulationofChinainthenextfewyears,andshowstheapplicationofmathematicalmodelintermsofpopulationinChinaatthesametime.Logisticmodelconsiderstheincreaseofpopulationsnaturalgrowth,naturalfactors,environmentalfactorsandotherfactorsinfluenceonthepopulation,andthepredictionresultsconformtothetrendofpopulationgrowthourcountry.ComparedwiththeMalthusmodelandtheGreyforecastingmodel,thepredictionresultsoftheLogisticmodelhaveahighfittingdegreeandisalsomoreaccurate.
