2.Delivery

6.ForceMajeure
NeitherPartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoanycausebeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtoactsofGod,labordisputes,ordisruptionsintransportation,providedthattheaffectedPartypromptlynotifiestheotherPartyoftheexistenceandnatureofsuchcause.
7.Confidentiality
EachPartyshallkeepthetermsandconditionsofthisContractconfidentialandshallnotdisclosethemtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherP
