摘要广东城乡区域发展不平衡难题突出，乡村振兴任务重。新时代条件下，广东要着力发挥基层党组织的党建引领作用，推动

实现乡村全面振兴。该文通深入阐释基层党建与乡村振兴的关系，分析广东以基层党建引领乡村振兴还存在引领动力不足、引领能

力不够突出、引领凝聚力不够强等问题，在此基础上，提出要从加强基层党员队伍建设、健全党组织体制机制、提升基层党建社会治理

效能、创新基层党建方式方法及探索“党建+生态”模式等方面，构建基层党建引领乡村全面振兴的新时代路径。

Abstract:TheproblemofunbalanceddevelopmentbetweenurbanandruralareasinGuangdongisprominent,andthetaskof

PartyorganizationsinPartybuildingandpromotetheall-roundrevitalizationofthecountryside.Throughanin-depthexplanationof

therelationshipbetweengrass-rootsPartybuildingandruralrevitalization,thispaperanalyzesthattherearestillsomeproblemsin

Guangdongsruralrevitalizationledbygrass-rootsPartyconstruction,suchasinsufficientleadingpower,insufficientleadingability,

insufficientleadingcohesionandsoon.Itisproposedthatweshouldstrengthentheconstructionofgrass-rootsPartymembers,

improvethesystemandmechanismofPartyorganization,enhancethesocialgovernanceefficiencyofgrass-rootsPartybuilding,

innovatethewaysandmethodsofgrass-rootsPartybuilding,andexplorethemodeofPartybuildingplusecology,soastobuild

anewerapathforgrass-rootsPartybuildingtoleadtheoverallrevitalizationofthecountryside.
