摘 要 随着建筑行业高质量发展方向，装配式建筑项目越来越多落地建设，为推进装配式建筑施工监理的规范

化、标准化工作的落实，确保结构安全性和耐久性，本文通过实例，从图纸深化设计、施工准备、装配式构建制

作、运输、现场安装、检测、验收等环节展开阐述，深入研究并实施装配式建筑施工监理在各环节的规范化控制要

点，高质量实现了装配式建筑项目的施工安全及质量创优的预期效果，为类似建筑项目提供管理经验借鉴。

引言1  工程概况

近年以来，装配式建筑一词成为人们热议的话题之一。某项目总建筑面积617963.76m2，其中住宅有58栋塔楼为装

2016年9月27日，国务院办公厅印发《关于大力发展装配式建筑配式，建筑面积约394998.05m2，地下1～2层，地上13层，建筑

的指导意见》（国办发（2016）71号），正式把推广装配式建高度39.45m。主体结构二层以下为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构，二

筑上升到国家层面。明确提出力争用10年左右的时间，使装配层至屋面层为装配式剪力墙结构。
