CreepdatawereanalyzedusingE2G’spropr怆ta1yLot-Cent巳redAnalysisweb-bas巳dsoftwaretool,inorder

toobtaincreepproperties.ThisregressionisbasedonaMandel-Paulealgorithmandconsidersthevariation

withinindividualh巳atsofmaterial(forbothruptmeandstrainratedata)aswellasthevariationb巳tween

heats.Theweightassign时toeachdatapointandeachheatisscaledbasedontherelativevariation.Both

ruptureandstrainrat巳（minimumcreeprate,expressedastruestrainperhours)wereregressedaccording

toaLarson-Millertime-temperarnre-parametermodel,witha3rd-orderpolynomialofstress.Lot-specific

constantbehaviorwasaccountedforinthisanalysis,butth巳variationofLMPwithstresswasassumedto

beconstant(nonon-paralleltermswereincludedintheanalysis).A95%predictivelimitwasutilizedto

obtainth巳lower-bound(minimumLMconstantforbothruptur巳andstrainrate)properties.Theresultsof
