●Storingtheprinterafterinitialization

1.1InitializationofthePrinter

TheA3printer,supplies,andaccessoriesmustbeattherecommendedtemperaturebeforeinstallationto

preventerrorsorpossibledamagetotheproductthatmightoccurduringtransportationorstorage.

●Acclimatetheprinterbeforeinitialization

–Makesurethattheprinter,suppliesandaccessoriesareatroomtemperature:Above59degrees

Fahrenheitor15degreesCelsius(above59°For15°C).

NOTE:Attemptingtoinitializeaprinter,supplies,oraccessoriesthataretoocoldwillresultin

temporarypoorperformanceorprintqualityissues.

–Iftheprinter,supplies,accessoriesoranycombinationofthesearebelowtheHPrecommended

temperature,movethecolditemstoawarmertemperature.

1.Afterremovingtheprinterfromthebox,openallprinterdoorsandopenallcardboardboxes

(includesallstoredsuppliesandaccessoriesincardboardboxes).

NOTE:Removeanypackagingtape,andthenmakesuretosaveallpackagingmaterialto

repackagetheprinterbeforesendingittothecustomersite.

2.Leavetheprinteropenandallowallcolditemstowarmupto24hours.
