题目：汽车涂装线PLC控制自动化行车设计
摘要
本文对汽车厂重型载货汽车车架涂装生产线的设计做出了一个系统的论述，指出了本
课题需要对涂装电控方案的设计研究，前处理电泳漆线生产方式的设计、输送行车方案的
设计是摆在本课题项目组面前的关键技术难题。通过对产品结构、产能、投资、质量要求、
工艺平面布置、工艺方案对比等方面的分析研究，应用电动机行车输送系统确定了前处理
电泳漆线采用PLC控制方式控制系统流程从而解决了多种的喷涂难题。
在导师的指导下本人和电气控制总负责人承担了项目可行性报告的编写、项目立项报
告的编写、确认工艺平面方案及工艺布置图和设备布置总图、负责制定电气总体布置及总
体控制方案、负责项目进度协调及推进工作、负责电气设计的审定、设计、调试的指挥，
并指导项目组完成了项目的调研、试验、设计、制作、安装、调试工作。
课题项目实施后取得了理想成果:利用PLC控制汽车涂装车间，比起前的人工控制节
省了时间提高了工作效率，产品产量得到极大提高，而且利用自动控制设备完成的喷涂工
作喷涂质量好，延长了使用寿命。

ABSTRACT
Inthispaper,heavy-dutytruckchassiscarfactorycoatingproductionlinedesignandmakeasystematic
exposition,pointedouttheneedtopaintthisissueinthedesignofelectroniccontrol,pre-treatment
electrophoresispaintlineproductiondesign,deliverydrivingprogramisdesignedtobeplacedinfrontofthis
issuetheprojectteamthekeytechnicalproblems.Bythetheproductmix,productivity,investment,quality
requirements,processlayout,processplanandcontrastaspectsofanalysisandresearchonapplicationof
