LeadershipandorganisationalcultureAsymbolicleaderusessymbolstoestablishandmaintainadesiredorganisationalculture.Theytalkthe‘language’oftheorganisation,highlighttheobservableculture,andtellkeystoriesrepeatedly.Groupculturedependsonvaluesthatshouldmeetthefollowingcriteria:RelevancePervasiveness(common/general)Strength.
