StandardsofPerformance1. First-linesalesmanagerswillimprovetheorganization’scapabilitiesandbusinessacumenbyidentifying,attracting,andretainingtalentedindividuals,andactivelyseekingopportunitiesfortheirdevelopmentandcareergrowth.2. First-linesalesmanagerswillimprovetheperformanceofcolleaguesbyobjectivelyreviewinganddocumentingtheperformanceofcolleagues,pursuingimprovedperformancestandards,andimplementingcollaborativetrainingandlearninganddevelopmentplans.3.First-linesalesmanagerswillimprovetheirowneffectivenessbyreviewingtheirownperformance,developingactionplansforimprovedresults,andfosteringacultureofachievementanddevelopment.
