DESCRIPTIONANDOPERATION

Thisisalowowpilotvalveforuseinunloadingcircuits.Thevalveremainsclosedbetweenport2and3untilthesettingisachievedonport2,andthe

valveopensasareliefvalve.Normallyusedinconjunctionwithacheckvalve,pressuresensedonport1downstreamofthecheckvalvekeepsthevalve

openuntilthepressuredropstoapre-determinedpercentageofthesetting(75%,80%,or85%).Whenthepressurefalls,thevalvewillcloseallowing

pressuretoriseagain.Thisvalvecanbeusedwithalogicelementinanaccumulatorsystemtodumpthepumpowatminimumpressureorinatwo-

pumpunloadingcircuit.
