腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者运用快速康复外科理念的效果分析

【摘要】目的探究腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者围手术期采取快速康复外科理念的效果。方法64例行腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者取自2021年2月-2022年2月期间，以随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中前者行常规护理，后者行快速康复外科理念护理，每组32例。比较两组护理效果。结果各项观察指标比较可见，实验组显优（P＜0.05）。并发症发生率比较，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。护理满意度比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者围手术期采取快速康复外科理念护理效果令人满意，能够改善患者的各项观察指标，减少并发症产生，提升患者的满意度。
