集束化护理干预在帕金森病性痴呆患者中的护理效果及对预后的影响分析

【摘要】目的分析帕金森病性痴呆患者中施行集束化护理干预的效果。方法抽取2022年2月-2023年2

月期间，我院收治的64例帕金森病性痴呆患者为本次研究对象。采取随机数字表法分为两组，即为实验组、参

考组，其中参考组给予常规护理，实验组给予集束化护理干预。每组各有32例。评价2组护理效果。结果两组

护理有效率比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。两组深静脉血栓发生率比较，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。两组住院时

间、下床时间比较，实验组显短（P＜0.05）。结论帕金森病性痴呆患者中施行集束化护理能够提升患者的护理

效果，减少深静脉血栓发生，缩短其住院时间及下床时间。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzetheeffectofclusternursinginterventioninpatientswithParkinsonsdisease

dementia.MethodsAtotalof64patientswithParkinsonsdiseasedementiaadmittedtoourhospitalfromFebruary2022

toFebruary2023wereselectedasthesubjectsofthisstudy.Usingarandomnumbertablemethod,theyweredividedinto

twogroups,namely,theexperimentalgroupandthereferencegroup.Thereferencegroupwasgivenroutinenursingcare,

andtheexperimentalgroupwasgivenclusternursingintervention.Thereare32casesineachgroup.Evaluatethenursing

effectofthetwogroups.ResultsComparedwiththetwogroups,thenursingeffectiverateintheexperimentalgroupwas

significantlyhigher(P0.05).Theincidenceofdeepveinthrombosisintheexperimentalgroupwassignificantlylower

comparedtothetwogroups(P0.05).Comparedwiththetwogroups,thehospitalizationtimeandthetimetogetoutof

bedintheexperimentalgroupweresignificantlyshorter(P0.05).ConclusionTheimplementationofclusternursingin

patientswithParkinsonsdiseasedementiacanimprovethenursingeffectivenessofpatients,reducetheoccurrenceofdeep

veinthrombosis,andshortentheirhospitalstayandbedtime.
