漳州花卉产业集群提升发展对策

摘要：【目的/意义】花卉是漳州重要的经济作物，推动花卉产业集群建设有助于花卉产业高质量发展，助推乡村产业振兴。【方法/过程】区位熵是测量地区产业集群的重要指标，通过测算漳州市、县市区以及主要花卉品种层面的区位熵，探讨漳州市花卉产业集群情况。【结果/结论】研究发现，龙海市、漳浦县、长泰县、南靖县及华安县具备了花卉产业集群发展基础，并且盆栽花、鲜切花、盆景园艺及其他花卉在不同县市具有不同优势，但在产业链条、土地生产率、生产组织化、市场销售及政策扶持等方面存在不足。基于此，从政府引导、科技研发、市场引导、对台与荷兰合作等方面提出了推进漳州市花卉产业集群建设的建议。

Abstract：【Objective/Meaning】FlowersareimportanteconomiccropsinZhangzhou.Promotingtheconstructionofflowerindustryclustersisconducivetothehigh-qualitydevelopmentofflowerindustryandpromotetherevitalizationofruralindustries.【Methods/Procedures】Locationquotientisanimportantindicatorformeasuringtheregionalindustrialclusters.BymeasuringthelocationquotientatthelevelofthedistrictsandcountiesofZhangzhouandthemajorflowervarieties，thesituationofflowerindustryclustersinZhangzhouwasdiscussedinthispaper.【Results/Conclusions】ThestudyfoundthatithadthefoundationforthedevelopmentofflowerindustryclustersinLonghaiCity，ZhangpuCounty，ChangtaiCounty，NanjingCountyandHuaanCounty，andthepottedflowers，freshcutflowers，bonsaigardeningandotherflowershaddifferentadvantagesindifferentcountiesandcities.However，thereweredeficienciesintheindustrialchain，landproductivity，productionorganization，marketingsalesandpolicysupport.Basedonthis，thecountermeasuresforpromotingtheconstructionoftheflowerindustryclusterinZhangzhouwereputforwardfromtheaspectsofgovernmentguidance，technicalresearchanddevelopment，marketguidance，andthecooperationbetweenTaiwanandtheNetherlands，etc.
