【摘要】：开发建设集轨道车辆基地、公共交通枢纽与大型商业、办公、居

住等多种功能用途、运行高效、空间设施共享、生活便利的超大型复杂功能组合

建筑已经成为一种新的城市开发模式，但其给排水消防多个方面存在着各个地方

规范不一致，但国家又没有统一的标准的情况，本文详细分析了室外消火栓系统、

咽喉区消火栓设置、站厅站台以及盖下建筑区域的自动喷水灭火系统设置、盖下

电气房间的气体灭火系统设置、防火分隔水幕的设置以及盖下建筑与地上物业开

发时序等问题，给出了建议的解决对策，结论对工程设计有一定的指导性。

【Abstract】Thedevelopmentandconstructionofsuperlargeand

complexfunctionalcompositebuildingsthatintegraterailvehicle

bases,publictransportationhubs,andlargecommercialbuildings,

office,residentialbuildings,andotherfunctionaluses,with

efficientoperation,sharedspatialfacilities,andconvenientliving

hasbecomeanewurbandevelopmentmodel.However,thereare

inconsistenciesinvariouslocalcodesforitsfire-protectionwater

supplysystem,buttherearenonationalstandards,Thispaper

analyzesindetailtheoutdoorfire-protectionsupplysystem,the

settingoffirehydrantsinthethroatarea,thesettingofsprinkler

systemsinthestationhallplatformandthebuildingareaunderthe

cover,thesettingofgasfireextinguishingsystemsintheelectrical

roomunderthecover,thesettingoffireseparationwatercurtains,

andthedevelopmenttimingofthebuildingunderthecoverandthe

abovegroundproperty,andprovidessuggestionsforsolvingthe

problems.Theconclusionsareofcertainguidanceforengineering

design.
