摘要目的探讨优拓联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗肛周脓肿术后伤口的疗效。方法将2016年7月至2017年7月在我院治疗的70例肛周脓肿一次性根治术后患者采用随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例.使用优拓联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子换药者为观察组,使用凡士林油纱换药者为对照组,观察两组患者在换药时疼痛分值、换药次数、脓腔内新鲜肉芽组织形成时间、伤口愈合时间等方面上的差异。结果两组创口均全部愈合，观察组换药时创口疼痛程度低于对照组，换药次数少于对照组，脓腔内新鲜肉芽组织形成时间和创口愈合时间短于对照组。两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论优拓联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子用于肛周脓肿术后创口换药能减轻病人疼痛，减少患者换药次数，缩短创口愈合时间,还能减少护士的工作量,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广使用。

trialgrouppatientsweregivenurgotulandrbbFGFtodraintheexudatesafteroperation,whilethecontrolgroupweretreatedwithtraditionaldisinfection.Thetwogroupswerecomparedwiththepainscore,thetimesofdressingchange,theformationtimeoffreshgranulationtissueinthepuscavityandhealingtime.ResultsTwogroupsofwoundswereallhealed,theobservationgroupdressingwoundpainwaslowerthanthecontrolgroup,dressingtimeslessthanthecontrolgroup,theformationtimeoffreshgranulationtissueandwoundhealingtimeintheabscesscavitywasshorterthanthecontrolgroup.Thedifferencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificant.Conclusionsthesilversulfadiazine-impregnatedhydrocolloiddressingcombinedwithrecombinantbovinebasicfibroblastgrowthfactorcanreducethepainofpatients,reducethetimesofdressingchange,shortenthewoundhealingtime,reducetheworkloadofnurses,andimp
