3.Recordsreview:TheCBwillreviewthe
organizationsrecordstoverifythattheyareaccurateand
complete.Therecordswillincludetheorganizationstest
reports,calibrationrecords,andtrainingrecords.
4.Processevaluation:TheCBwillevaluatethe
organizationsprocessestoverifythattheyarebeing
implementedeffectively.Theprocesseswillincludethe
organizationstestingprocesses,calibrationprocesses,
andtrainingprocesses.
5.Nonconformityidentification:TheCBwillidentify
anynonconformitiesthatarefoundduringtheaudit.

6.Correctiveaction:Theorganizationwillberequired
totakecorrectiveactiontoaddressanynonconformities
thatareidentifiedduringtheaudit.Thecorrectiveaction
