awayfromconcentratingonyourlife,andpossiblytowardshelpingothersinneedofcomfort.

Anotherstudy,fromtheUniversityofKent,foundthatwhenpeoplewereexperiencing

sadness,,vetheirmoods.Infact,it

didsowhenpeoplefirstconsciouslyembraced(欣然接受)theirawarenessofthesituation

causingtheirsadness,andthenbeganlisteningtosadmusic.Thatis,whentheybelievedthat

sadmusicmighthelp,theyfoundthatitdid.
