Physicalproblemscanalsocausestudentstofallasleepinclass.Forexample,insomnia(失眠),whichmaykeepastudentupatnight,causingexhaustion(疲惫不堪)duringclasshours,isaseriousproblem.Medicalevidencealsosupportstheideathateachpersonhasabodyclockthathelpstodecidehisorhersleeppattern.Unluckily,thesebodyclocksdon’talwaysworkaccordingtoschooltimetables.

Theeffectsoffallingasleepinclasscanbequiteserious.Firstofall,sleepinginclassisnotagoodwaytoendear(使受喜爱)yourselftoteachers.Andotherstudentsmaymakejokesaboutthosewhosleepinclass.However,themostharmfuleffectofsleepinginclassismissingoutonimportantpoints.Inthelongrun,sleepersmayendupfailingclasses.
