临床护理路径在癫痫护理中的应用及满意度分析

【摘要】目的分析临床护理路径在癫痫护理中的应用效果及满意度。方法将我院于2023年3月-2024年3

月收治的74例癫痫患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各37例。对照组应用常规

护理，观察组应用临床护理路径干预，对比两组健康知识评分、住院时间、医疗费用、服药依从性、护理满意度。

结果观察组健康知识评分显著高于对照组，住院时间、医疗费用显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。

观察组服药依从性及护理满意度均显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论在癫痫护理中应用临床护

理路径干预效果显著，可有效提升患者健康知识水平，缩短住院时间，减少医疗费用，并提升其服药依从性，从

而提高护理满意度，可在临床中推广应用。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzetheapplicationeffectandsatisfactionofclinicalnursingpathwaysinepilepsy

care.Methods74epilepsypatientsadmittedtoourhospitalfromMarch2023toMarch2024wereselectedasthestudy

subjects.Theywererandomlydividedintoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroupusingarandomnumbertablemethod,

with37casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursingcare,whiletheobservationgroupreceivedclinical

nursingpathwayintervention.Thehealthknowledgescores,lengthofhospitalstay,medicalexpenses,medication

adherence,andnursingsatisfactionwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsThehealthknowledgescoreofthe

observationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andthelengthofhospitalstayandmedical

expensesweresignificantlylowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup.Theintergroupcomparisonwassignificant(P0.05).

Themedicationadherenceandnursingsatisfactionoftheobservationgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseofthe

controlgroup,andtheintergroupcomparisonwassignificant(P0.05).ConclusionTheapplicationofclinicalnursing

pathwayinterventioninepilepsynursinghasasignificanteffect,whichcaneffectivelyimprovethepatientshealth
