Pre-requisitesforfirmwareupdate

1.Connectthemonitortoapowersource,duringthefirmwareupdateprocess.

NOTE:Ensurethatallothervideocablesbetweenthemonitorandthecomputerare

unplugged.

2.ConnectthesuppliedThunderbolt™4passivecablebetweenthemonitorandyour

computer.Donotuseanyotherdevicebetweenthisconnection.

IfyouarenotusingaThunderbolt™4-equippedcomputer,usethesuppliedDisplayPortor

HDMIcabletoconnectthemonitorandcomputer,andthenconnectthesuppliedUSB

Type-AtoUSBType-CcablefromyourcomputertotheUSB-Cupstreamportofthe

monitor.
