数字经济时代下制造业中小企业数字化转型问题及建议

摘要:数字经济的蓬勃发展正在深刻改变着传统制造业的生产方式，成为推动制造业数字化转型升级的强大

动力。中小企业具有“五六七八九”的典型特征，激发中小企业潜能，是增强制造业整体竞争优势和制造业高质

量发展的重要保障。本文通过对政策、经济、技术等影响因素的回溯，分析制造业中小企业数字化转型的必要性

及转型面临的问题，在此基础上探讨其数字化转型的路径，通过对生产经营中研、产、供、销、服五个环节提出

具有针对性、实操性的数字化转型建议，赋能企业高质量发展。

Abstract:Thevigorousdevelopmentofthedigitaleconomyisprofoundlychangingtheproductionmodeofthe

traditionalmanufacturingindustryandbecomingapowerfulpowertopromotethedigitaltransformationandupgradingofthe

manufacturingindustry.SMEshavethetypicalcharacteristicsof56789.StimulatingthepotentialofSMEsistoenhance

theoverallcompetitiveadvantageofthemanufacturingindustryandanimportantguaranteeforthehigh-qualitydevelopment

ofthemanufacturingindustry.ThispaperanalyzesthenecessityofthedigitaltransformationofmanufacturingSMEsand

theproblemsfacedbythetransformationthroughtheretrospectiveanalysisofthepolicy,economy,technologyandother

influencingfactors.Onthisbasis,itdiscussesthepathofitsdigitaltransformation,andputsforwardtargetedandpractical

digitaltransformationsuggestionsforfivelinks,includingresearch,production,supply,marketingandservice,inproduction

andoperation,soastoenableenterprisestodevelopwithhighquality.
