望江宾馆酒店绿色管理水平提升策略研究

摘要

随着人类社会不断地发展，节约资源，保护环境，维护生态和平越来越受到世界各国的重视，被纳入到国家发展的重大战略中。“绿色潮流”的出现为绿色管理奠定了基础，绿色管理在酒店的实践为酒店和社会创造了不可估量的价值。望江宾馆员工对绿色管理理念认识不足，望江宾馆绿色管理的设施设备不完善、管理技术缺失，望江宾馆管者对绿色管理不重视，资源利用率不高等问题还未得到解决，导致绿色管理在酒店的具体工作中还无法的到很好的实践应用。通过对存在的问题进行整理、分析、归纳和研究，借鉴国内外成功的经验，提出提高望江宾馆员工绿色管理理念认识、升级酒店绿色管理技术、完善望江宾馆绿色管理设施设备、提高望江宾馆管理层对绿色管理的重视、提升望江宾馆的资源有效使用率等对策建议。

ABSTRACT

Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofhumansociety,savingresources,protectingtheenvironmentandmaintainingecologicalpeacehavereceivedmoreandmoreattentionfromallcountriesintheworldandhavebeenincorporatedintothemajornationaldevelopmentstrategies.Theemergenceofgreentrendhaslaidthefoundationforgreenmanagement.Thepracticeofgreenmanagementinhotelshascreatedimmeasurablevalueforhotelsandsociety.Thehotelstaffdonotknowenoughabouttheconceptofgreenmanagement,thefacilitiesandequipmentofthehotelgreenmanagementarenotperfect,themanagementtechnologyislacking,thehotelmanagersdonotpayattentiontogreenmanagement,theresourceutilizationrateisnothighandotherproblemshavenotbeensolved,resultinginthegreenmanagementinthehotelsspecificworkcannotbewellappliedinpractice.Throughsortingout,analyzing,summarizingandstudyingtheexistingproblems,anddrawinglessonsfromthesuccessfulexperiencesathomeandabroad,thispaperputsforwardsomecountermeasuresandsuggestionssuchasimprovingtheunderstandingofthegreenmanagementconceptofWangjianghotelstaff,upgradingthehotelgreenmanagementtechnology,perfectingthegreenmanagementfacilitiesandequipmentofWangjianghotel,increasingtheattentionofthemanagementofWangjianghoteltogreenmanagement,andimprovingtheeffectiveutilizationrateofresourcesofWangjianghotel.
