甲乙双方根据《中华人民共和国外国专家法》及相关法律法规的规定，本着平等自愿、协商一致的原则，就乙方向甲方提供专业技术服务事宜，达成如下雇佣合同，以资共同遵守。

Article1ContractingParties

Article2ContractObject

Article3ContractTerm

Article5RemunerationandBenefits
