高质量发展下集团公司科技金融管理能力的提升

摘要：加快建设中国特色金融体系，不断促进高质量发展是当前企业集团财务公司面临的重大课题。文章通过描述性研究方法，

重点分析了企业集团财务公司面临的机遇和挑战，探讨了提升财务公司金融服务能力应该坚持服务实体经济、规范推进金融创

新、防范控制风险、树立合作意识和系统观念的基本原则，从科技金融、绿色金融、开放合作、基础服务、防范风险、队伍建

设六方面提出了具体提升措施和借鉴路径。结合新修订实施的《企业集团财务公司管理办法》的贯彻落实，对监管机构和企业

集团提出建议和意见。

Abstract:AcceleratingtheconstructionofafinancialsystemwithChinesecharacteristicsandcontinuouslypromotinghigh-quality

developmentisamajorissuefacingfinancialcompaniesincurrententerprisegroups.Tisarticleusesdescriptiveresearchmethodsto

focusonanalyzingtheopportunitiesandchallengesfacedbyfinancialcompaniesinenterprisegroups.Itexploresthebasicprinciples

ofimprovingthefinancialservicecapabilitiesoffinancialcompanies,includingservingtherealeconomy,promotingfinancial

innovationinastandardizedmanner,preventingandcontrollingrisks,establishingcooperationawarenessandsystematicconcepts.

Specificimprovementmeasuresandreferencepathsareproposedfromsixaspects:technologyfinance,greenfinance,opencooperation,

basicservices,riskprevention,andteambuilding.BasedontheimplementationofthenewlyrevisedManagementMeasuresforFinancial

CompaniesofEnterpriseGroups,providesuggestionsandopinionstoregulatoryagenciesandenterprisegroups.
