LEASECONTRACT

Lessor(甲方):[NameofLessor]

Lessee(乙方):[NameofLessee]

ThisLeaseContractismadeon[Date]byandbetweentheLessorandtheLessee,whoagreestorentfromtheLessorthepropertyspecifiedbelow.

1.PropertyDescription(物业描述)

TheLessoragreestorentoutandtheLesseeagreestorentthefollowingpropertylocatedat[Address],Cityof[CityName].Thepropertyincludesthebuildings,fixtures,equipment,andotheramenitiesdescribedinthisAgreement.

2.TermofLease(租赁期限)

ThetermofthisLeaseshallcommenceon[StartDate]andcontinueforaperiodof[LeaseTerm]years.Aftertheexpirationofthisterm,unlessrenewedbymutualagreementinwriting,thisLeaseshallterminate.

3.RentalPayment(租金支付)

TheLesseeshallpaytotheLessoramonthlyrentof[RentAmount]onorbeforethefirstdayofeachmonthduringthetermofthisLease.Anylatepaymentshallbesubjecttoapenaltychargeof[PenaltyCharge].

4.SecurityDeposit(押金)

AtthecommencementofthisLease,theLesseeshallpayasecuritydeposittotheLessorintheamountof[DepositAmount].Thesecuritydepositshallbeusedtocoveranydamagestothepropertybeyondnormalwearandtear.Anyrefundofthesecuritydepositshallbemadeuponsatisfactoryreturnofthepropertyattheendoftheleaseterm.

5.UseandOccupancy(使用与占用)

TheLesseeshallusetheleasedpropertyonlyforlawfulpurposesandinaccordancewiththetermsofthisLease.TheLesseeshallnotsubletorassignthisLeasewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLessor.

6.MaintenanceandRepairs(维护与修理)

TheLesseeshallberesponsibleforallordinarymaintenanceandrepairsofthepropertyduringthetermofthisLease,exceptforthoseitemsspecificallylistedasresponsibilitiesoftheLessorinthisAgreement.
