transfertheleaseoritsrightsandobligationsunderthis

leasetoanythirdpartywithouttheexpressconsentofthe

MaintenanceandRepair.

1.TheLessorshallberesponsibleformajorrepairs

andmaintenanceofthestructureandexterioroftheLeased

Property.

2.TheLesseeshallberesponsiblefordaily

maintenance,minorrepairs,andupkeepoftheinteriorof

theLeasedProperty,includingbutnotlimitedtoplumbing,

electricalsystems,andappliances.
