5.Compensation

5.1Salary

8.Termination

8.1ByNotice

TheEmployermayterminatethisContractimmediatelyforcauseiftheEmployee:

(a)mitsamaterialbreachofthisContract;

(b)engagesinmisconduct,fraud,oranycriminalactivity;

(c)isunabletoperformtheDutiesduetodisability,illness,orotherincapacity.
