AbstractSustainabledevelopmentistheindispensabletrendofeachnationingeneral,eachenterpriseinparticularintheworld.Vietnameseenterprisesarenotoutofthetrend.Greenaccountinghasacloserelationshipwithsustainabledevelopment.Thisresearchfocusesonsustainabledevelopment,GreenaccountingaccordingtotheangleofdisclosureofresponsibilityinformationintheVietnameseenterprisesssustainabledevelopmentreport,thatsuggeststhedirectionofapplicationgreenaccountingintheseenterprises.Thisstudyhasconductedresearchat226Vietnameselistedenterprisesinfivesectors,includingrealestateandconstruction,technology,industrialmanufacturing,energyin2016.TheresultshowsthatalthoughVietnamhasissuedregulationsondisclosureofsustainabledevelopmentinformationofenterprises,includinginformationonenvironmentalandsocialresponsibility,thenumberofenterprisesthathavenotyetdisclosedresponsibilityinformationisquitelarge,andthequalityandvolumeofresponsibilityinformationdisclosureofcorporateisstilllimited.
