TheVisitorCenterislocatedinthehistoricbarracks(兵营)／courthouse／jail(监狱)building.Thebarrackswasbuiltin1851andwaschangedintoacourthouseandjailin1872.In1888anewjailbuildingwasbuiltnexttoit.HerevisitorscanseeJudgeParkersrestoredcourtroom,the“HellontheBorder”jail,aswellasexhibitsandvideosontheoperationoftheFederalCourtanditsimpactonIndianTerritory.
