3.2Deliverables:PartyAshalldelivertheproductsspecifiedinAnnexAtoPartyBwithintheagreed-upontimeandplace.
3.3QualityAssurance:PartyAshallensurethattheservicesandproductsprovidedmeetthequalitystandardsspecifiedinAnnexA.
