水稻直播种绳加工装置的参数优化及虚拟设计

摘要

直播水稻种植技术具有作业效率高、劳动强度低、作业工具简单、生产作业成本低、产量高等特点，适合规模化经营。但其价格高，对水稻品种、生长季节、灌溉条件、整地质量和除草技术要求严格，直播水稻种子量大。采用水稻直播技术除了水稻品种适宜、灌溉条件好外，对整地质量要求也很高，一般要保证地表平整度高度差达到20毫米，发达国家已大量采用激光整平机来满足水稻直播整地的要求。杂草防治也是水稻直播成败的关键，高性能除草剂的应用为该技术的推广提供了有利的支持，使该技术在欧美工业发达国家得到了开发和应用。在我国目前的国情下，这些昂贵的国外直播技术在我国很难推广。

水稻直播种绳技术与传统水稻直播技术相比具有显著的经济、社会和生态效益。本文在全面分析直播种绳技术研究现状的基础上，对其关键设备水稻直播种绳机整体结构和各个零部件进行了理论分析与试验研究。

Abstract

Thedirectseedingriceplantingtechnologyhasthecharacteristicsofhighoperationefficiency,lowlaborintensity,simpleoperationtools,lowproductionoperationcostandhighoutput,andissuitableforlarge-scaleoperation.However,itspriceishigh,andtherearestrictrequirementsforricevarieties,growingseasons,irrigationconditions,landpreparationqualityandweedingtechniques,andtheamountofdirectseededriceislarge.Inadditiontosuitablericevarietiesandgoodirrigationconditions,theuseofricedirectseedingtechnologyalsorequireshighqualityoflandpreparation.Generally,itisnecessarytoensurethattheheightdifferenceofsurfaceflatnessreaches20mm.Indevelopedcountries,laserlevelingmachineshavebeenwidelyusedtomeettherequirementsofricedirectseedinglandpreparation.Weedcontrolisalsothekeytothesuccessorfailureofricedirectseeding.Theapplicationofhigh-performanceherbicideshasprovidedfavorablesupportforthepromotionofthistechnology,whichhasenabledthetechnologytobedevelopedandappliedinindustrializedcountriesinEuropeandtheUnitedStates.Undermycountryscurrentnationalconditions,itisdifficulttopromotetheseexpensiveforeignlivebroadcasttechnologiesinmycountry.
