施工员在建筑施工过程中，是施工现场生产一线的组织者和管理者，在建筑施工过程中具有极其重要的地位。Constructionworkersaretheorganizersandmanagersoftheproductionlineattheconstructionsiteduringtheconstructionprocess,playinganextremelyimportantroleintheconstructionprocess.
1.施工员的地位Statusofconstructionworkers施工员是栋号工区或某分部分项工程的管理者和负责人，是单位工程施工现场的管理中心，对分管工程施工负有直接责任;Theconstructoristhemanagerandpersoninchargeoftheworkareaofabuildingorasubsectionofaproject,andisthecentreofmanagementoftheconstructionsiteofaunitofwork,withdirectresponsibilityfortheconstructionoftheworkunderhischarge.施工员是协调施工现场基层专业管理人员、劳务人员等各方面关系，使之紧密协作、配合的纽带。Theconstructionworkeristocoordinatetheconstructionsitegrass-rootsprofessionalmanagementpersonnel,labourersandotheraspectsoftherelationship,sothattheycloselycollaborateandcooperatewiththelink.
