IO-Link技术在化工自动化控制系统中的应用

摘要：当前，化工自动化控制系统建设成本高、可扩展性差，数据传输类型单一，缺乏异常事件预警、远程诊断、参数设
定等“智慧化工”必需的通讯功能。为解决上述问题，文章提出在化工自动化控制系统中应用IO-Link技术，介绍了IO-
Link的架构、特点及其独特优势，在此基础上分别从化工自动化系统底层装置、GDS等化工自动化控制系统设计等方
面探讨了IO-Link技术在化工自动控制系统中的应用场景及存在的问题，为“智慧化工”企业的建设提供借鉴与参考。
