摘要：国企科研人才是企业创新发展的重要支撑。研究国企绩优科研人才成长规律有助于发掘优秀人才潜力，促进科技

创新，提高企业竞争力。文章从国家战略导向、企业人才精细化管理需求及现存评价体系的不足等方面阐述了某国企绩

优科研人才成长规律的必要性，介绍了研究方法与具体做法，涵盖数据采集、处理分析、成长模型构建、因素提取及决策

优化应用，并从五个时期阐述了不同职业阶段科研人才的成长特征和影响因素，为优化国企科研人才培养和管理机制

提供有价值参考。

Abstract:Researchtalentsinstate-ownedenterprisesareanimportantsupportfortheirinnovativedevelopment.Studyingthe

growthpatternsofoutstandingscientificresearchtalentsinstate-ownedenterprisescanhelptapintothepotentialofoutstanding

talents,promotetechnologicalinnovation,andenhancethecompetitivenessofenterprises.Thispaperelaboratesonthenecessity

ofthegrowthlawofoutstandingscientificresearchtalentsinastate-ownedenterprisefromtheperspectivesofnationalstrategic

orientation,thedemandforref inedmanagementofenterprisetalents,andtheshortcomingsoftheexistingevaluationsystem.It

introducesresearchmethodsandspecificpractices,coveringdatacollection,processingandanalysis,growthmodelconstruction,

factorextraction,anddecisionoptimizationapplication.Italsoelaboratesonthegrowthcharacteristicsandinfluencingfactorsof
