“双碳”背景下“环保管家”
应对新挑战的措施分析

摘要：“环保管家”是一种新型环境管理第三方服务模式，通过提供环保咨询、环境监测、污染治理等“全方位、一站式”环
保服务，有效促进环保产业健康可持续发展。文章对“环保管家”服务对象、内容及常见模式等进行论述，提出引入“环保
管家”的重要意义，并针对“双碳”背景下“环保管家”服务面临的问题提出有效措施，希望向相关工作人员提供借鉴参考。

Abstract:Theenvironmentalhousekeeperisanewthird-partyservicemodelforenvironmentalmanagement,whichpromotesthe
healthyandsustainabledevelopmentoftheenvironmentalprotectionindustrybyproviding“all-roundandone-stop”environmental
protectionservicessuchasenvironmentalprotectionconsulting,environmentalmonitoringandpollutioncontrol.Thispaper
discussestheserviceobject,contentandcommonmodeof“theenvironmentalhousekeeper”,pointsoutthesignificanceof
introducing“theenvironmentalhousekeeper”,andputsforwardeffectivemeasuresfortheproblemsfacedby“theenvironmental
housekeeper”serviceunderthebackgroundof“dualcarbon”,hopingtoprovidereferenceforrelevantstaff.
