Abstract

Underthenewsituationofvigorouslypromotionofecologicalcivilizationconstructioninourcountry,

weneedtoinvestigateandanalyzethecurrentsituationofurbanriversystem,andrevealthemain

problemsofriversystemgovernance.Inthispaper,wedeeplystudythecurrentsituationoftheriver

systemofHaikoucity,andrevealthemainproblemsexistingintheriversystemofHaikouunderthe

newsituation.Theresultsshowthat:1)theproportionofurbanwaterareaislessinHaikoucity;2)the

connectionsamongriversystemispoor;3)somefunctionofriverdrainagedegrades;4)solidifyingof

riverchanneldestroysecologicalfunction;5)riverpollutioncausedseriouswaterqualitydecline;6)

watermanagementsystemisnotperfect;7)planningandconstructionofwaterlandscapeandwater

culturearedelayed.Thisstudyhasgreatsignificancefortheplanningandconstructionofurbanriver

systemunderthenewsituation.
