智能制造控制层落地石化企业的路径探索

摘要：通过分析中国智能制造系统架构，结合石化企业智能化发展现状，从石化企业基层入手，提出智能制造控制层在

石化企业的落地实施方案，构建了基于控制层的DCS自适应调节系统模型。该模型包括数据拟合系统、参数预测系统

和智能调节系统。同时介绍了三个该系统的实际应用场景，包括产品质量控制、装置能耗优化、参数调整纠正三个方面。

为石化企业智能制造控制层的发展提供一定的模型参考和理论依据。

Abstract:ByanalysingChinasintelligentmanufacturingsystemarchitectureandcombiningthecurrentsituationofintelligent

developmentinpetrochemicalenterprises,startingfromthegrass-rootslevelofpetrochemicalenterprises.Proposedintelligent

manufacturingcontrollayerinthepetrochemicalenterpriselandingimplementationscheme,constructedthecontrollayerbased

ontheDCSadaptiveregulationsystemmodel.Themodelincludesadatafittingsystem,aparameterpredictionsystemandan

intelligentregulationsystem.Threepracticalapplicationscenariosofthesystemarepresented,includingproductqualitycontrol,

plantenergyconsumptionoptimisationandparameteradjustmentcorrectionItprovidescertainmodelreferenceandtheoretical

basisforthedevelopmentofintelligentmanufacturingcontrollayerinpetrochemicalenterprises.
